What CarOner is

CarOner, operated by Decacorn Services Private Limited(CIN U62099PN2024PTC234908, Pune), does two things: it shows fair-price ranges for car service and repair built from real local data, and it connects car owners with independent garages. We are an information and matching service — we do not perform repairs, and garages on CarOner are independent businesses, not our employees or agents.

Price ranges are estimates, not quotes

Our ranges show what jobs have actually cost across real data points — each range shows its sample size and how it was built. They are honest guidance, not a guaranteed price. Your actual bill depends on your car's condition, parts chosen, and the garage's inspection. If a range is based on thin data, we label it or say "not enough data" rather than invent a number — but even a well-sourced range is still an estimate.

How matching works

• You send a request; we verify it (usually a WhatsApp or call to confirm), then pass it to up to 3 matched garages — never more — so you can compare quotes.
• The garages contact you directly. Any work, pricing, warranty and payment is agreed between you and the garage you choose.
• CarOner is free for car owners. We never add commission to your bill — garages pay us for verified introductions, not a percentage of your job.
• Submitting a request means you consent to us sharing your request details with those matched garages, up to 3 (see our Privacy Policy).

For garages

Garage partners buy prepaid lead credits — no lock-ins, no subscriptions. Standard leads are shared with up to 3 garages, and we always tell you how many a lead goes to before you buy; exclusive (single-garage) leads are available at a premium. If a delivered lead is dead — the customer is unreachable or never asked for the work — we credit it back automatically to every garage that paid for it. Partner garages agree to honour our published price ranges where they've committed to them, and to basic conduct standards (honest diagnosis, no fee for the introduction being passed to the customer). Paid directory placement is always labeled “Sponsored” and never affects verification status or published price ranges. We can pause or delist a garage that breaks these standards. Detailed partner terms are provided in writing when you join.

Acceptable use

Don't submit fake requests, scrape or resell our data, probe our systems, or use CarOner to spam anyone. We may decline or drop requests that look fraudulent.

What we're liable for

We stand behind our service — verifying requests, matching honestly, and keeping our data honest. But we're not a party to the repair itself: to the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for the quality, timeliness, pricing or outcome of work performed by any garage, and our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to ₹1,000 or the amount you paid us (car owners pay us nothing), whichever is higher. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by Indian law; courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. If we change these terms materially, we'll update the effective date and note it on the site. Questions:[email protected].
