These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CarOner website, mobile application, and services operated by Decacorn Services Private Limited ("CarOner", "we", "us"). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CarOner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use our services. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Services

CarOner is a platform connecting car owners with automotive service providers. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication between users and providers. We are not a service provider ourselves.

• Service quality, timing, and outcomes are the responsibility of the individual service provider
• We vet and verify providers but cannot guarantee the outcome of every service
• Pricing displayed on the platform is set by service providers and may vary

5. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon payment or provider acceptance
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Cancellation and refund policies vary by service type and provider

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or service providers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
• Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the platform

7. Service Provider Terms

If you register as a service provider:

• You must hold all necessary licenses and permits for your business
• You must provide accurate service descriptions and pricing
• You agree to maintain quality standards as outlined in our Provider Guidelines
• CarOner charges a commission on bookings as per the agreed rate

8. Reviews & Ratings

Users may leave reviews and ratings for services received. Reviews must be honest, factual, and based on genuine experiences. CarOner reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on CarOner — including logos, text, graphics, design, and software — is the property of Decacorn Services Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

CarOner acts as an intermediary platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party service providers
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CarOner harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
